Maintenance Director (Safety and Maintenance Engineer)

IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living amp; Memory Care Communities, is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Maintenance efforts of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, The Residence at Colvin Run, and help to keep it โ€œ A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live โ€.

Salary: $90,000 - $91,500 yearly + Quarterly bonus potential

Responsibilities include :

  • Hands-on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment
  • Successfully negotiates amp; coordinates with outside vendors
  • Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Position requires working hands-on maintenance approximately 80% of the time

Qualifications :

  • 4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Valid PA driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills
  • Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus
  • HVAC certification preferred
