CG Family Foods is seeking an organized and dependable Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to our Maintenance department.

In this role, you'll help keep maintenance operations running smoothly by processing purchase requests, tracking work orders, communicating with vendors, coordinating preventive maintenance and service visits, and monitoring maintenance parts and supplies.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

  • Process and track purchase order requests for maintenance parts, supplies, and services.
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding parts and supply availability, order status, and expected delivery dates.
  • Follow up with vendors as needed to help ensure maintenance materials and services are available when needed.

Work Orders & Maintenance Scheduling

  • Monitor the status of maintenance work orders and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and vendor service visits.
  • Help keep maintenance schedules and related activities organized and on track.

Parts & Inventory Support

  • Monitor inventory levels for maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Assist with coordinating replenishment needs to ensure necessary items are available.
  • Receive and organize incoming maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Help maintain an organized and orderly maintenance parts and supply area.

Administrative & Department Support

  • Assist with general organization, documentation, and coordination for the Maintenance department.
  • Maintain accurate and organized maintenance-related information and records.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests, orders, work orders, and other maintenance-related items as needed.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Maintenance department as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, maintenance coordination, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or similar operational environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, appointments, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, vendors, contractors, and other departments.
  • Comfortable following up on outstanding items and keeping tasks moving toward completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with purchasing, inventory, work-order, or maintenance-management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
