Job description

Mailroom Processor

The primary responsibility of the Mailroom Processor is to scan all incoming mail received from all major mail carriers via the OPEX scanner along with sending out client specific notices using Pitney Bowes stuffer/mailer.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming US / FedEx/UPS mail, deliveries, office supplies
  • Sort, deliver and picked-up mail and packages in line with established time frames
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documents
  • Operate mailing, photocopy and scanning equipment
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks
  • Download policies and other documents from SFTP/Imaging System for scanning
  • Performs collating, folding, and stuffing of mailings
  • Processes outgoing mail, via USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers daily
  • Maintain necessary client and employee relationships to ensure quality customer service standards are met
  • Other job responsibilities as assigned by management
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
  • Adequate use of office equipment and machinery
  • Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, walk, and lift & carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to and learn new technologies required
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Windows computer environment including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Education Requirements
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
Licensing Or Certification Requirements
