Location: On-Site
The Mailroom Associate reports to the Manager of Operations and is primarily responsible for completing various print jobs, preparing letters and packets for assigned mailing projects, ensuring all outgoing correspondence is assigned the correct postage and mailed timely, as well as various other clerical tasks as assigned. In addition, this position coordinates all copy machine repairs and maintenance with the designated vendor and receives and distributes deliveries to the corporate office.
Essential Job Functions
  • Prepares large quantities of correspondence packets and letters to be mailed in accordance with established time frames
  • Ensures all communications (packets/letters) are assigned the correct postage and distributed in accordance with current USPS guidelines
  • Operates and maintains commercial printers and ensures adequate supplies are on hand, i.e. printer ink, paper, envelopes, etc.
  • Coordinates all needed printer machines repairs by contacting designated vendors when issues occur
  • Performs other related duties as requested and assigned, i.e. research, verifies, and updates provider information

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED; prior clerical work experience is preferred
