We're seeking a dedicated Customer Liaison to connect with clients, support sales processes, and ensure every customer experience exceeds expectations. This onsite role at Polaris offers a vibrant opportunity to be a vital part of our team, supporting our values and commitment to excellence.

  • Ability to work onsite at Polaris during scheduled hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm). We are open to part-time or full-time employees!
  • $21/hr-$23/hr

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Inquire about customer needs and guide them through our product offerings, brochures, website, and showroom.
  • Schedule design appointments, coordinate with designers, and manage lead tracking.
  • Assist in preparing and mailing appointment letters, brochures, and other customer communications.
  • Support the team by confirming installations, following up with customers, and maintaining organized job and lead folders.
  • Facilitate showroom greetings, provide product information, and offer beverages to create a welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, designers, and production regarding appointments and installation schedules.
  • Track and update weekly sales, lead status, and appointment books, ensuring accurate reporting.
