Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tax Filing Operations Coordinator to support our Tax Filing team on-site at our headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. This role will assist with important operational and administrative functions related to mail processing, document handling, check distribution, and agency correspondence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or a current college senior seeking hands-on experience in payroll tax filing, finance operations, and corporate administration within a professional services environment. The position offers direct exposure to a fast-paced corporate setting while supporting a team responsible for payroll tax filing operations for large clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and agency correspondence
  • Open, scan, upload, and distribute physical documents to appropriate internal teams
  • Prepare and send outgoing notices, checks, and participant communications
  • Assist with document tracking and maintaining organized records
  • Support operational workflows tied to tax filing and payroll processing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handling of sensitive documents
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client and participant information
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
