Job description

Link-Belt Cranes is a global leader in the design, manufacture and sales of mobile cranes. Founded 150 years ago, with corporate headquarters in Lexington, Kentucky, join an organization that understands its greatest resource is people and they are what makes the difference.
Currently we have a part-time Mail Room Clerk opening. Working a rotating schedule (two days one week and one day the following), this position distributes incoming/outgoing mail to all departments and organizes and distributes office supplies. The workday is 6 hours. Link-Belt is located at 2651 Palumbo Drive, Lexington, KY.
  • Pick up, sort, and distribute interoffice mail
  • Post outgoing mail
  • Maintain sufficient postage balance to ensure postage is available for outgoing mail
  • Maintain a monthly list of postage dollars used daily
  • Submit monthly report of postage usage
  • Work with office suppliers to maintain adequate office supplies
  • Utilize 5S principles to maintain mail/supply room neat and organized
  • May assist with other HR/Administrative duties or special projects
General qualifications for this role:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent customer service
  • Prior mail room/post office experience preferred
