Keep Things Moving Behind the Scenes


We're seeking a reliable, hands-on professional to support a busy Print, Mail & Distribution operation during a temporary leave. Engagement is expected to span approximately 6-8 weeks and offers flexibility within a part-time day shift schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a collaborative team, and taking pride in helping daily operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do as a Mail & Distribution Assistant:

  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment
  • Package materials and ensure orders are accurate
  • Stuff envelopes and prepare mailings
  • Assemble boxes and shipping materials
  • Roll posters and organize promotional materials
  • Replenish inventory and supplies used in daily operations
  • Assist with shipping, distribution, and warehouse support tasks
  • Help teammates as priorities shift throughout the day


Schedule Options

The team is open to several scheduling arrangements, including:

  • 3 full days per week (example: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Flexible 3-day schedule
  • 4-5 days per week with reduced daily hours

Day shift hours fall within a 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM operating schedule.
