Job description

PERSO MACHINE OPERATOR
Current Shift Availability: 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30PM - 2:00AM
Starting pay: $18.50 per hour.
New hire bonus: $250 every quarter, up to 1 year, totaling $1,000!
Previous machine experience preferred (embossing, engraving and/or inserting a plus). The Perso Machine Operator will be expected to stand for extended periods of time, loading, quality checking and light maintenance, as well as ability to utilize the computer system to load the appropriate job as indicated by job ticket and ensure proper operation of the machine.
Job Summary:
The Perso Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Operating and maintaining MXD, Inserters, Konica Printer, K-90, K-1600, and Rigid Mailer machines
  • Following SOPs and adhere to daily production schedules
  • Performing quality inspections
  • Monitoring production, troubleshooting minor issues, and stopping operations if specifications arenโ€™t met
  • Accurately recording daily production
  • Ensuring proper organization and staging work areas while maintaining security protocols
  • Meets expected output and quality standards while upholding machine safety requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in operating machines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Mathematical and computer skills
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior machine operating experience
