Job description

Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire a Mailroom Associate in Phoenix, AZ. Will be responsible for sorting and delivering mail and packages throughout the facility, will also be bring packages/mail back to the mailroom.

Requires a lot of walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs. periodically and some computer experience.

This is a fast paced environment an requires someone to work independently, be punctual and have great attendance.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Essential Functions include lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing for multiple hours throughout the day, driver's license, and computer literacy
  • Prior experience (1 year) preferred in mail or mail room
  • Required qualities include: customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Preferred proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite services

Experience:

  • Mailroom: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Package handling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mail delivery: 1 year (Preferred)
