Position Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Repack Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will repack fresh food products into standard pack sizes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and food safety compliance. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Repack fresh food products into designated standard pack sizes

  • Assemble shipping boxes and packaging materials

  • Accurately weigh products and print/apply box labels

  • Seal and stack finished boxes on pallets for distribution

  • Assist with receiving inbound products

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and company food safety regulations

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs consistently

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Basic computer skills preferred

  • Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus


Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to talk or hear

  • Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls

  • Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

  • Work environment noise level is usually moderate
