Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of patients, establishing effective treatment plans that address individual challenges and facilitate symptom resolution.
  • Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, while adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of diverse populations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for program planning, ensuring that care plans reflect collaborative input from psychiatry and other relevant professionals.
  • Engage actively as primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, offering guidance and support to patients in developing coping strategies and fostering interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of counseling practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
