• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the biopsychosocial needs of patients, establishing effective treatment plans that address individual challenges and facilitate symptom resolution.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, while adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of diverse populations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for program planning, ensuring that care plans reflect collaborative input from psychiatry and other relevant professionals.
• Engage actively as primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy settings, offering guidance and support to patients in developing coping strategies and fostering interpersonal skills.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of counseling practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and triage evaluations when necessary, prioritizing client safety and timely access to care.

Your expertise will primarily support a diverse outpatient population who present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a clinician, you will work closely with individuals, couples, and families, fostering a safe space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings while developing strategies for enhancing their overall well-being.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of documented clinical counseling experience, preferably in outpatient settings.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies to document patient progress and facilitate virtual therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus as an added incentive.
