About the Organization

Situated in the heart of Eugene, Oregon, Mind and Body Connect Wellness Center is a renowned private outpatient mental health clinic that has served the community with a commitment to delivering exceptional mental health care. Additionally, our collaboration with Comprehensive Psychiatric Treatment ensures a robust network of resources to support your efforts in delivering quality mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a diverse client caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries during all interactions.
  • Schedule and conduct frequent sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss future appointments, and initiate discharge planning when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring tailored approaches to their specific needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date client documentation, including thorough progress notes and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Conduct intake evaluations to assess client needs and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.
  • Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to discuss client progress and personal development within the practice.
  • Collaboration with other healthcare providers to enhance overall client care and treatment outcomes.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. As part of our commitment to personalized care, we encourage our LPCs to employ evidence-based practices tailored to the unique circumstances of each client. The diversity of our client population provides an enriching experience, allowing our team to address a wide array of mental health concerns with empathy and skill.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted, independent LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Ability to conduct and complete intake assessments as part of the client onboarding process.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized training relevant to outpatient mental health care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with integrative approaches and commitment to ongoing professional development are also valuable assets for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, within a fee-for-service model.
