Work Environment

This LPC role offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to manage your caseload from the comfort of your home. As you interact with clients through telehealth platforms, maintaining privacy and confidentiality remains a top priority. Our practice provides technical support for various telehealth software and internal communication tools to optimize client interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining your client load through our scheduling platform, allowing you to customize your hours.
• Utilize our marketing support services to grow your caseload and receive client referrals tailored to your expertise.
• Engage in a client-matching process that aligns your clinical preferences with those of potential clients.
• Streamline the client care process by providing live support to clients and ensuring timely access to services.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits to eliminate access barriers and ensure confidence in service delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a wide spectrum of mental health issues and substance use disorders. Our telehealth model allows us to serve clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that care is accessible for everyone, regardless of geographic location in Klamath Falls and beyond. By providing culturally sensitive and client-centered therapy, our counselors can make meaningful connections that facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• A designated work-from-home space that ensures privacy for patient safety and confidentiality during sessions.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses, with proven ability to utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficiency in using telehealth software and digital communication tools for effective remote counseling.
• Demonstrated experience in building therapeutic relationships and collaborating with clients to achieve their personal goals.
• Capacity to conduct thorough and comprehensive client assessments and formulate related treatment goals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies.
• A minimum of two years of independently licensed counseling experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in working within a team-based practice that emphasizes collaboration and resource sharing.

Compensation and Benefits

Aspire People Psychotherapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Our benefits package also includes:
