• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the needs and goals of clients, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with their therapeutic objectives.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care for clients with diverse needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development, keeping abreast of best practices and emerging trends in the mental health field.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client interactions and data handling.

As a Remote LPC at Emerald Point Psychological Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall quality of life. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• A master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an independent practitioner in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in using computer systems for client documentation and telehealth platforms.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, but not required.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be advantageous.
• A background in providing consultations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
