The Sunray Companies is seeking an energetic leader to run the daily operations of our Palm Beach Tan, Hammond, LA location.
If you are energetic, love building teams, love to sell, and are a self-starter we are right for you.
The General Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail outlet, including sales, staff, inventory and customer service
Typical responsibilities of the job include: recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff, managing budgets, maintaining statistics, promoting and marketing the business, dealing with customer queries and complaints, overseeing pricing and stock control, maximizing profitability and meeting sales goals, as well as preparing promotional materials and displays.
Qualifications:
  • Must be passionate about tanning

  • Retail management experience preferred

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
