NEIS, An ARMStrong Insurance Services Company is seeking a Loss Control Trainer/QA Reviewer as we continue to grow our team. As a Loss Control Trainer, you will train on all aspects for the position of Loss Control Field Inspector. You will train all new hires the process of loss control by teaching how to determine the data needed for various lines of coverage. Your job will be based from home. The Loss Control Trainer/QA Reviewer will be part of a team that reviews loss control inspection reports to determine the accuracy of information provided and ensure client requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for new hires as needed.
  • Prepare training materials pertinent NEIS and client requirements.
  • Conduct quality review of the trainees' work as they complete field inspections during the training process.
  • Provide review-mentoring for new hires that complete the training program as they progress.
  • Provide feedback to the new hire's manager based on the trainee's progress.
  • Assist with regular review work as necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Loss Control process
  • Knowledge of the LC360 program
  • 1 year experience as a reviewer
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions to achieve company goals
  • Strong judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
  • Internet access
  • Excellent communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
