Greystone Programs is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time Case Manager role in Dutchess County, NY. This position blends hands-on nursing care with administrative responsibilities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. Our RNs build lasting relationships and play a vital role in improving health outcomes. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
  • Provide phone and in-person nursing triage.
  • Advocate for individuals during medical appointments.
  • Support and train direct care staff.
Schedule & Location
  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • No On Call or Holidays or Weekends!
  • Local travel required; mileage reimbursement provided.
