Description
We are seeking an Informatics Pharmicist who will focus on Epic's Willow Ambulatory and Specialty module performing builds, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This position will be aligned to optimizing pharmacy medication workflows within Epic EHR.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintenance of Epic's Willow Ambulatory application
  • Review and build of custom concept and workflows.
  • Identify and resolve issues identified with pharmacy related systems in a timely manner.
  • Biannual Nova upgrades and regular Orion Project tracking
  • Cross team build and maintenance with both clinical and non-clinical applications.
  • Potential device testing, third party testing, and external vendor testing.
  • Work with training team and Clinical Informatics team to roll out anticipated new functionality and projects.
  • Design, build, and test reports to support clinical and operational initiatives.
  • Weekends or evenings as primary on call in a rotation with willow pharmacy team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Has Epic Willow Ambulatory Certifications + at least 3 years build experience
  • Experience with Willow Inventory, Specialty Pharmacy, Compass Rose, Multi-step Order Transmittal

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy (BS or PharmD Degree), and hold an active, unencumbered state licensure issued by the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Two years hospital pharmacy experience or PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency. Completion of an accredited PGY1 Residency and a PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in an academic medical center environment preferred.
  • Epic Analyst experience is preferred.
