Now Hiring: Shipping Coordinator
Location: Sugar Land, TX 77487
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hr (DOE)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to oversee daily shipping operations, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate outbound shipments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, shipping and receiving experience, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily shipping activities and schedule outbound shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
  • Verify orders for accuracy before shipment.
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and enter data into company systems.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with shipping and receiving operations.
  • Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
