Mebane, NC
Temp-to-Perm, Mon- Fri. 8am-5pm
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Givens is looking for a dependable Customer Account Representative to support customer communication, shipment coordination, and warehouse administrative functions at our Greensboro location. This position works closely with customers, warehouse operations, and transportation providers to ensure shipments, inventory, and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with customer service, administrative, warehouse, or logistics experience who enjoys multitasking and problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers and carriers
  • Process customer orders, shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory reports
  • Monitor shipments and assist with resolving discrepancies or documentation issues
  • Maintain receiving and inventory records within the warehouse management system
  • Prepare reports, data entry, and customer activity updates
  • Assist with inventory corrections and cycle count reporting
  • Work closely with warehouse operations to support daily workflow and customer needs

Requirements
  • Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, or warehouse office experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
