Account Manager, Digital Sales
The Account Manager develops and executes sales plans aligned to business unit strategy, budgets, and annual targets. Owns forecasting, identifies risks, and drives growth opportunities across assigned accounts. Leads category management, business analysis, and account planning management. Builds strong customer relationships, develops data-driven partner presentations and selling stories, and conducts market analysis to inform new business strategy. Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. This position will be a hybrid position working both remotely and 3 days on site at our corporate office located in Irvine, CA.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
SALES MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong, client relationships; understand objectives, challenges, and expectations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product categories, and the Ecommerce, Omni-channel landscape.
  • Recommend and implement brand and product plans across trade partners. Develop promotional plans aligned marketing goals.
  • Deliver concise, data driven sales presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Review account plans monthly with management in calls and meetings.
  • Manage budgets efficiently: request incremental resources to drive growth.
  • Manage pipelines and CRM: update records, track activities, and monitor progress to targets.Travel to trade shows and corporate events for product and industry presentations.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell growth across existing accounts in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking against targets. .
  • Monitor market conditions to assess customer needs, positioning, and volume potential.
  • Manages clients' logistic flow (sell-in and sell-through) for products and promotions.
  • Lead category management; SKU productivity, planograms (POGs), margin improvement and promotions.
  • Track market, competitor, and industry trends to identify account risks and growth opportunities.
