The Audio Operations Manager (Systems & Design) owns the technical deployment strategy — how equipment is configured, documented, prepared, and utilized to achieve project objectives.

The Logistics & Inventory Manager owns the physical equipment lifecycle — what we have, where it is, how it moves, and how it is maintained.

Together, they transform project concepts into successful productions by ensuring both the equipment and the execution are fully aligned.
