Job description

Loeb & Loeb's Real Estate Departmentseeks an associate with 1-3 years of large to mid-size law firm experience to join Loeb's Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will be bright, thoughtful and creative, having experience with some or all of transactions, development and related construction contracts, regulatory issues and entitlements, and financing.
Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with a diverse group having a diverse practice centered on providing creative solutions to cutting-edge issues and utilizing the building blocks of property, contract and regulatory law.
The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $205,000 and a maximum of $235,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
