VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity - Vincennes, IN

  • License requirements: ACLS must be AHA, 250 caselogs each year for the past 2 years, provider must enroll in INPCF and have IN RN license.
  • Hours: 7a-3p or 7a-5p dayshifts.
  • Call from 5p-7a on weekdays and 24 hrs on weekends. Post Call Day Off for providers taking call during the week.
  • Mix of OR and OB cases, once or twice per week.
  • Provider MUST be willing to take call
  • Call response time: 30 minutes
  • MDs onsite - No supervision
  • # of providers per day: 7 providers per day, including MDs and AAs.
  • Types of cases: General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia.
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks and epidurals.
