Locum CRNA Opportunity Premier Trauma Facility in Pittsburgh, PA

Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an exceptional locum opportunity at one of Pittsburghs largest and most advanced medical centersa major Level I trauma institution with robust case volume and acuity. Were staffing multiple CRNA positions with options for full-time scheduling, long-term contracts, and competitive pay structures.

Location Overview:

Situated in the heart of Pittsburghs medical district, this high-acuity center serves as a leading referral destination for complex surgical cases. Pittsburgh itself is known for its livability, affordability, and dynamic cultural scene. Contractors enjoy easy air travel, walkable neighborhoods, a thriving food scene, and access to weekend adventures in the nearby Appalachian foothills.

Position Overview:

  • Start Date: As soon as credentialed (temps available)
  • Shifts: Choose from 5x8s or 4x10s, MondayFriday
  • Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours/week
  • Call: None required
  • Schedule: Finalized at site discretion
  • Credentialing: 4560 days; expedited temp privileges available

Must be comfortable handling a high-acuity, diverse case load in a medically directed care team (1:3 supervision ratio)

Requirements:

  • CRNA (NBCRNA certified)
  • Active Pennsylvania RN/CRNA license preferred
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • PA Child Abuse clearance (state requirement)
  • 2+ years of CRNA experience required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • Willingness to also credential at a nearby affiliated site (Natrona Heights) is a plus

  • All-inclusive hourly rates available (ideal for travelers)

  • Pay Range: Estimated $200250+ per hour, depending on schedule, term, and availability
