What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for cross-brand demand generation development and capture of ASSA ABLOY brand product sales (mechanical and electromechanical) within the targeted aftermarket channel community including but not limited to targeted wholesalers, security professionals, and systems integrators. Aftermarket demand generation, project tracking, team collaboration, and sales execution are critical to the success of the ASSA ABLOY ABDR. You can expect to be part of a fun, hardworking team with colleagues dedicated to mutual success.

Key areas you will contribute to in the role include:

 

  • Communicate effectively with a variety of decision makers and influencers.
  • Implement specific aftermarket sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with local sales teams and develop a cohesive aftermarket attack plan customized to the specific territory.
  • Assess and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

  • You can lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of sample and display material for sale presentations.

Education and/or experience:

 

  • A plus if your background includes a College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of related experience in working with locksmiths, integrators and/or wholesalers driving sales results to end users and to channel partners servicing the aftermarket channel. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting.
  • Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.

The wage range for this role is $75K - $110K and considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business requirements, geographic location and other business and organizational needs. This salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting.
