We're looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented professional to support our Financial Services Professionals with case design, product guidance, and technical expertise. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Life Brokerage, which provides life insurance solutions to Financial Services Professionals. We offer access to 24+ carriers to ensure we meet every client’s needs.

What You'll Do
  • Create, revise, and explain life insurance illustrations and reports to support informed decision-making and successful case outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for internal teams and financial professionals by answering life insurance questions with confidence and expertise.
  • Apply product knowledge and sound judgment to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on each situation.
  • Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and chat by providing accurate, professional, and timely support.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, document key interactions, and ensure seamless follow-up throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Stay current on life insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements to provide informed guidance.
  • Support the training and education of internal teams and external partners on new and existing life insurance products.
What you Bring
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate illustrations, documentation, and client communications.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with life insurance products and a strong understanding of product features and client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, CRM systems, and insurance-related platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and contributing to a positive work environment.
