The Technical Implementation Manager II will guide clients through the technical setup and testing of receivables products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirements
• Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams
• Prepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation options
• Use tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risks
• Establish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testing
• Analyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolution
• Support clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementation
• Collaborate with production teams to provide timely status updates
• Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of initiatives
• Adhere to all department policies and procedures
