NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Mortgage Systems & Pipeline Management. The Secondary Market & Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations staff with their day to day operations in the execution of primary and secondary lock transactions, change requests, and pricing scenarios. This position will also support the Senior Manager with system administration related duties for multiple mortgage systems and interfaces. This position is responsible for delivering rate sheets in an accurate & timely manner, managing pipeline and rate lock expirations, as well as enforcing rate lock policies.

REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum three years of Landmark mortgage or consumer lending experience, or three years of any mortgage loan experience.
2. Minimum two years' Encompass LOS software experience, required.
3. Proficient with Optimal Blue pricing engine software or two years of secondary market experience.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
6. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
7. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Performs daily pricing updates within Optimal Blue and Encompass LOS.
2. Communicates rate changes to applicable areas of sales, marketing and executive management.
3. Keeps a high level of confidentiality and communication with department leaders including executive management.
4. Provides product and pricing support for loan officers.
5. Assists with lock maintenance (lock extensions, reprices, exception processing, etc.).
6. Responsible for pipeline and price reporting and oversight for Senior Vice President of Mortgage.
7. Provides point of contact assistance to Optimal Blue hedging team as required to assist with pipeline status questions, loan maintenance, etc.
8. Responsible for ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
9. Performs admin functions in our Encompass LOS, such as adding users and creating/distributing reports, assist with process improvements, and maintaining procedures.
10. Assists in formalizing and communicating lock-related policies to applicable areas of sales operations. Maintain accurate history of changes for compliance/audit.
11. Maintains group Lock Desk/Encompass email, responding to both internal and external requests within a timely manner and resolving and/or distributing said requests as appropriate for resolution.
12. Assists with product matrix updates within Optimal Blue and communicate to appropriate departments. Help support rollout of new products, programs and processes.
13. Works with managers to manage pipeline and demonstrate proper follow up based on Landmark policies.
14. Assists with development and implementation of loan sale/purchase advice reconciliation when process is developed.
15. Maintains change management log for tracking of changes within system.
16. Follows up on unsaleable loans and work with department areas to resolve issues and ensure delivery within investor timeframes.
17. Develops and maintains an understanding of market conditions, staying current on investor/portfolio lending guidelines and changes, federal compliance regulations and timing.
18. Performs other duties as assigned.
