Schedule: 3:00 PM โ€“ 11:00 PM
Pay: $12/hour
Location: Polk County School System


Qualified Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Custodian to join our clients team. These roles will start in July 2026 and go through the 2027 school year.

The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and a steady evening schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Restock restroom supplies
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks as directed
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Lock and secure designated areas at end of shift
Requirements:
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Must pass background requirements per school policy- Fingerprints are required
