About the Role:
PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Locksmith to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers regain access, enhance security, and solve real problems every day. If you take pride in your craft and love working with your hands, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and automotive lock systems
  • Respond to lockout calls and provide timely, professional emergency locksmith services
  • Rekey, replace, and duplicate keys for a variety of lock types
  • Install and service deadbolts
  • Assess and recommend security upgrades for homes and businesses
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and customer information
  • Operate and maintain locksmith tools and equipment in safe working condition
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a locksmith
  • Knowledge of residential, commercial, and automotive lock systems
  • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check (required for locksmith licensing in Texas)
