You won’t just sell projects—you’ll build and grow a portfolio of high-end residential clients, owning the full lifecycle from initial design through long-term estate care.

We are looking for a proven business developer who can generate $2M+ in annual revenue while becoming the trusted advisor for luxury homeowners across Dallas.

  • Deliver $2M+ annually across Design Build and Residential Maintenance
  • Generate new business through self-sourced relationships and company opportunities
  • Convert high-value prospects into long-term Southern Botanical clients
Build Relationships That Last
  • Develop relationships with high-net-worth homeowners, estate managers, and influencers
  • Create referral partnerships with pool builders, architects, and luxury home professionals
  • Position Southern Botanical as the go-to partner for complete property care
Sell the Vision
  • Lead consultations focused on lifestyle, aesthetics, and long-term property goals
  • Present custom design solutions and recurring maintenance programs

Grow Every Account
  • Transition Design Build clients into recurring maintenance relationships
