                                                                      Digital & IT Solutions Manager 

In this role, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital and IT solutions that support business growth. You will manage a portfolio of applications, collaborate with global teams, and ensure systems are efficient, standardized, and aligned with business needs.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and IT partners to understand requirements, shape solutions, and deliver impactful projects-from system rollouts to enhancements and innovations. You'll also coordinate external vendors, ensure projects stay on track and within budget, and identify opportunities to introduce new technologies.

This is a highly collaborative role where you combine technical expertise, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Your skills/experience

  • 3+ years of IT experience, including hands-on experience managing business applications or solutions
  • Proven track record in delivering IT solutions and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with modern technologies (e.g., Power Platform, data/analytics, or digital sales systems)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in multinational environments is preferred
  • Solid understanding of business processes within the FMCG industry
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT and digital solutions, ensuring they drive business performance and efficiency
  • Own the rollout and adoption of global systems across markets, including localization, deployment, and go-live
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, and deliver roadmap priorities
  • Ensure reliable, high-quality system operations, including incident management, enhancements, and vendor performance
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying new technologies and opportunities to enhance capabilities
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, budget control, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure compliance with governance, standards, and security requirements while optimizing cost and efficiency
