    Title: Senior PMO – Enterprise Website Platform Launch
    Location: Westerville, OH 43082
    Duration: 6 Months
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid
     
    Position Overview:
    Seeking a Senior PMO / Digital Delivery Lead to manage an enterprise website platform migration from kickoff through go-live. The role will oversee content migration, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, governance, QA, SEO readiness, and launch execution.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end enterprise website migration and launch.
    • Manage content audit, classification, production, localization, and migration.
    • Coordinate Marketing, IT, Product, regional teams, executives, and vendors.
    • Manage agencies, localization partners, and technical implementation teams.
    • Drive governance, decisions, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
    • Lead go-live readiness, QA, SEO validation, URL mapping, 301 redirects, and rollback planning.
    Required Skills
    • 10+ years in digital project delivery, web launches, or digital transformation.
    • Experience leading 2+ enterprise website launches/migrations, preferably 500+ pages and multiple markets.
    • Strong knowledge of CMS, DXP/composable or headless CMS, PIM, DAM, and localization.
    • Experience with enterprise content migration and editorial governance.
    • Understanding of SEO migration, URL mapping, and 301 redirects.
    • Strong C-level stakeholder management experience, including CMO/CIO exposure.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
