Role Overview

TrackVia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on State & Local Government. This individual will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities across targeted verticals and use cases while helping build a repeatable, value-driven enterprise sales motion.

The ideal candidate understands consultative public sector selling, long-cycle enterprise opportunities, and how to navigate multi-stakeholder government buying environments. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for consultative sellers who are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment and who can partner closely across Product, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive meaningful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth across state and local government agencies
  • Develop and manage strategic territory and account plans
  • Lead complex public sector sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with strong forecasting accuracy
    • Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and partner engagement
  • Develop expertise and effectively communicate around TrackViaโ€™s core use cases, operational workflows, and customer value proposition
  • Partner closely with Solutions Consulting and leadership during discovery, demonstrations, and technical evaluations
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene, forecasting and operational discipline
  • Contribute market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging use cases
  • Build executive-level relationships with operational, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Operate with urgency, accountability, and a highly collaborative mindset
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of complex SaaS or enterprise software sales experience selling into state and local government, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities
  • Experience navigating public procurement and contracting processes
  • Strong consultative sales and discovery skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
