Sacramento, CA

Onsite Role
Required Skills:
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology. At least last three (3) years of that experience must be in performance testing.
Analyzing the critical business scenarios, service level agreement objectives to identify/create suitable performance test scenarios.
Using industry leading test tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, WebLoad etc.) to create performance test scenarios and scripts.
Experience in testing test environments like Quality Assurance (QA), Stage and creation of test data for test execution.
Evaluate performance test requirements to set up the scenarios on controller with the correct load for performance testing.
Using Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps Server, Azure Test Plans, or similar tools.
Experience in developing customized code for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
Develop automated scripts in VuGen for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML) Citrix etc.
Executing functional, integration, interface testing involving Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using HL7 and performance testing, and reporting on test results.
Provide mentoring and training to staff in the areas of application analysis, test case development, test execution, troubleshooting, and test documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Science field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desired Skills:
Additional years with mandatory qualifications.
Experience providing training and mentoring to people with various skill levels.
Experience with Electronic Health Care Record Systems.
Experience with organizational change management.
