Job Description
We are looking for experienced QE Engineers with strong expertise in Performance Testing and Engineering to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing performance test strategies, building automated performance scripts, and ensuring application resiliency and reliability under various load conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Perform load, stress, soak, endurance, and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
- Analyze application and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and stability.
- Participate in chaos engineering initiatives to validate system resiliency and fault tolerance.
- Provide detailed performance analysis reports and tuning recommendations.
- Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
