HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOADING SUPERVISOR IN ROSEVILLE, CA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Loading Supervisor to join our team in Roseville, California. This individual will be responsible for providing Supervisory support to the Department and assisting in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator, high level of computer and WMS system literacy, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $33.80/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule
  • Located in Roseville, California

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the associates in the department, Shipping and office clerks of the warehouse.
  • Take roll call, fill out times on daily schedule
  • Report attendance issues
  • Work closely with WCDL dispatch and yard goat
  • Coordinate dock doors and trailers in the yard
  • Assigns duties to employees and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies.
  • Assist other warehouse floor supervisors and associates in warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job duties.
  • Follow up on customer concerns/complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolutions to restore and promote good public relations with the client.
  • Ensure store departures are met
  • Delegate loading and down stacking assignments
  • Overall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse/offices.
  • Supervises the practice of seal policies placed on loads.
  • Promotes a positive work environment while also being a team builder
  • Work closely with staff to ensure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associate.
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager.
  • High level of computer and WMS system literacy.
  • Some college level training is preferred but not necessary so long as there is experience in warehouse supervision and some experience in the wholesale industry preferred.
  • Some college level management education and/or 2 years warehouse supervising in wholesale industry
  • Strong computer skills required; with knowledge in MS Office, Excel and WMS system literacy
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.
