Shipping And Loading Dock Associate

Bring your organization skills to Marvin as a Shipping and Loading Dock Associate. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure our premium window orders are accurately staged, loaded, and shipped to customers on time. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment will help keep our operations running efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work Schedule:

Shipping Team:

Monday - Thursday *OT on Fridays as needed

  • 6:00am - 4:00pm
Highlights of your role
  • Read, sort and process complete orders of Marvin windows
  • Efficiently load products manually into trucks in an organized and safe manner
  • Monitor accuracy of products being scanned and loaded onto trucks
  • Occasional use of forklift to move and deliver parts throughout the facility
  • Document department data accurately and complete required paperwork
  • Take responsibility for maintaining or repairing shipping carts and racking
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computers
  • Work closely with your team and department supervisor to identify, prevent, or solve any mechanical or defective material issues
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Lift a range of different shaped objects weighing 10 lbs. to 80 lbs.
  • Carry product ranging from 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. from one area to another
  • Push and pull product that weighs up to 85 lbs.
  • Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
  • Stand and walk on concrete
Also want to make sure you have
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds or more repetitively throughout your shift
  • Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience
  • The ability to obtain and retain proper forklift/industrial vehicle license requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work successfully with a diverse workforce
  • A strong work ethic to work independently with accuracy
  • Basic computer skills

Compensation

Starting at $22/hr, based on experience
