Job description

Work on Events the World Talks About
At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world-class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour - and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.
With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you'll gain hands-on experience, work with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you're looking for a fast-paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to be part of something exciting from day one, Arena is the place to grow your career.
Why This Role Matters
Behind every world-class event is a fast, reliable operation - and it starts at the dock. As a Dock Associate, your work ensures the right materials are in the right place at the right time, helping our teams deliver unforgettable experiences without missing a beat.
What You'll Build & Move Every Day
The Dock Associate is a hands-on, high-impact role where no two days are the same. You'll keep materials flowing safely and efficiently through the dock, supporting warehouse operations that power Arena projects around the world.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Prepare and stage outgoing shipments based on job requirements and pick tickets
  • Ensure shipments are properly labeled, documented, and ready to move
  • Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dock area
  • Coordinate dock activity to support on time loading and unloading
  • Create and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Accurately enter and track shipment data in company systems
  • Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections and maintain logs
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety standards, wearing required PPE at all times
  • Support small operational or facility projects and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring to the Build
You don't need to know everything on day one - but you do need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping operations organized, accurate, and moving forward.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, dock, or shipping/receiving environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to obtain forklift certification
* Extra Tools in Your Toolbox
While not required, additional experience can help you hit the ground running and grow faster in the role. These skills are a plus and can set you apart as a strong contributor on the dock team.
  • Prior forklift experience or certification
  • Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
  • Experience working in a high-volume dock or distribution environment
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to safety and organization
