Job description

About the Role
The Loading Dock Manager oversees all dock operations and maintenance.
The Loading Dock Manager will work from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Work directly with RRBITC security to ensure packages and other mail are safely delivered and all incoming vendors are scheduled, approved, and have the necessary paperwork available.
Coordinate with the Loading Dock Security Supervisor on any issues of concern and report any security-related issues to the RRBITC Security Manager.
The LDM will also perform frequent inspections of loading dock areas to ensure cleanliness, work with the Engineering team to coordinate regular maintenance of the dock bay equipment (doors, pallet jacks, etc.), ensure all garbage is disposed of according to the pickup schedules and frequencies determined by the PWS, and ensure the Assistant Loading Dock Manager is properly trained and capable of assuming his position during an absence.
