Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and personable Aftermarket Sales Representative to manage and grow our base of direct end-user clients. This role focuses on service work, replacement systems, and upgrades—not new construction. Leads are actively provided through our internal quoting team, service techs, and inbound inquiries—this is not a cold-calling grind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on qualified leads generated by our service and estimating teams

  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, and end users

  • Provide quotes and proposals for service work, upgrades, and replacements

  • Conduct site visits to assess existing equipment and customer needs

  • Collaborate with service and installation teams to schedule work

  • Maintain activity logs and updates in our CRM system

  • Help drive customer satisfaction through responsive and knowledgeable support

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management

  • Industry knowledge in overhead doors, dock equipment, or building maintenance is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
