Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Loading & Staging Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of product handling, including collecting materials, preparing and staging items, loading, shipping, and unloading products. The ideal candidate will also support general warehouse operations, ensuring all products are handled safely, labeled correctly, staged properly, and documented accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, prepare, and load shipments for delivery.
  • Move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound warehouse products.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials and products to the appropriate work center within the facility.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of all items.
  • Inspect products for damage and report any issues immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and tools.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks) safely.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers as needed.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately, including delivery receipts, inventory records, and inspection reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and delivery operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or moving roles required.
  • Prior experience as a professional mover, including handling appliances, furniture, or office equipment, preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions and follow procedures accurately.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to safely move and manage objects as part of daily duties.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods throughout the work shift.
  • Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks safely.
