Job description

Seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual who is passionate about our mission!

Dock:

• Cheerfully and professionally greet customers and donors. • Utilize the donor donation experience program – collect name and data as required. • Prepare and set up for donations. • Adhere to WTM donation policy. • Assist with customer carry out’s. • Assist with loading and unloading of donations, pre-sorting, and moving items to designated locations. • Keep the outside of Monroe clean and tidy. • Keep the walkways, doorways, stairs and ramp clear, accessible and in good repair. • Transport donations via WTM Truck and Trailer; fill truck with gas as necessary, notify supervisor of any maintenance.

Processing:

• Process, price per color of the month, and sort incoming donations and box for transport. • Prepare bar codes as needed for the month. • Follow WTM Recycle Program • Complete tally worksheet for items priced.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently (without assistance) • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold weather • Comfortable with using basic technology and construction tools for repair and maintenance issues • High School diploma or GED, preferred
