You will be:

What you will do:

  • As a Loading Dock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked for our valued customers

  • Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor, including restocking and replenishing items as needed

  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and processing merchandise shipments, including checking for accuracy and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all inventory-related tasks
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, assisting customers with locating items, and answering any questions or concerns they may have
  • Organizational Skills: Keep the stock room and sales floor organized and tidy, ensuring merchandise is easily accessible and displayed according to company standards
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels, inventory needs, and any other relevant information
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to ensure efficient and effective stock room operations, including assisting with tasks as needed
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current and upcoming products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers and assist with sales
  • Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures regarding stock handling, safety, and security protocols
