Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day operation of LMS/KMS including deployment, user management, and system configuration
  • With K&T Partner, create and maintain learning paths for users across enterprise
  • Ensure linkage between knowledge/document systems
  • Respond to user issues using ticketing system, identify and address patterns in trouble reports
  • Assist with user training build/facilitation as needed
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness and engagement with LMS/KMS
  • Audit LMS/KMS for functionality, maintain required upgrade/bug-fix/security patch schedule
  • Maintain high level of awareness to LMS new functions
  • Includes knowledge of external systems
  • Recommend improvements to LMS via new features or enhanced configuration options, implement as needed
  • Generate, maintain, and report on testing content
  • Generate, maintain, and report on learning surveys
  • Create events in LMS
  • Manage and look for ways to improve UX
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new learning and knowledge management technologies

Pay Range:

$73,600.00 - $110,400.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
