Job Summary:
LMI is a digital solutions provider focused on enhancing government impact through innovation. They are seeking a Program Manager with expertise in Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, and Data Analytics to manage complex projects and foster relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Management of complex projects ensuring that goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated.
โ€ข Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each projectโ€™s development and execution.
โ€ข Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts.
โ€ข Prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign resources to each project.
โ€ข Track cost, schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project specific policy, procedures and report status to all levels.
โ€ข Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution.
โ€ข Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in services delivery.
โ€ข Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy. When appropriate, propose a plan to correct any cost variances or projected rate adjustments.
โ€ข Prepare briefing charts, schedule meetings, keep records and record minutes, prepare after-action reports in support of technical reviews.
โ€ข Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities.
โ€ข Anticipate and resolves procurement challenges and problems, such as small business set aside goals, certification requirements, and acquisition strategy.
โ€ข Work with LMI and LMI business partners to pursue new business opportunities.
โ€ข Support business development and bid and proposal efforts for opportunities, bringing together capabilities across LMI to define a solution that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher
โ€ข Active secret clearance
โ€ข At least 10 years of experience of program management experience
โ€ข Experience working with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA)
โ€ข Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python
โ€ข Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (for securing the supply chain, especially digital aspects)
โ€ข Superior communication skills, both oral and written
โ€ข Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree or higher
โ€ข Prior experience running projects of similar size and scope
โ€ข PMP Certification or other equivalent certifications
โ€ข Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
โ€ข Certified Risk Manager (CRM)
