This organization is renowned for its innovative approach to real-time systems and operational excellence. We are seeking a talented individual to join their dedicated team and contribute to the technical backbone of their live operations, ensuring seamless performance and continuous improvement.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Fully onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona, five days per week.
  • Overnight shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
  • The weekly schedule will include at least one weekend day.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check for access to a secure facility.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Make a Direct Impact as an IT Operations Specialist

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing technical processes? We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our client’s Technical Operations function.

In this critical onsite position, you will directly influence the efficiency and stability of real-time systems while working within a secure, fast-paced operational environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in capturing, documenting, and enhancing the technical workflows that underpin live operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Shadow and meticulously document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
  • Map complex technical processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Draft clear, concise process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Windows workstation support.
    • Real-time operations or command-center environments.
    • TCP/IP networking or systems administration.
    • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work on-site in a secure facility (background check required).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in a NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24/7 support environment.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
  • Comfort collaborating effectively with technical infrastructure teams.
  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
