DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Operations & Program Ownership
a. Partner with the Director of Platform Operations to operationalize strategic initiatives across Platform Delivery.
b. Take ownership of established programs, processes, and workflows once developed, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement.
c. Support rollout and sustainment of new processes, tools, and operating rhythms across markets.
d. Track and manage ongoing departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress.
e. Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
f. Coordinate across functions to ensure alignment and effective handoffs.
2. Office Operations & Logistics
a. Oversee day-to-day office operations across assigned markets, ensuring teams have the resources and support needed to operate effectively.
b. Coordinate with facility teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage supplies, budgets, and onsite logistics.
c. Support a range of office environments, including traditional office spaces and active construction site offices (e.g., jobsite trailers).
d. Support logistics for leadership visits, client engagements, Board/investor meetings, and recruiting activities.
e. Assist with new office setup and ongoing operational management as the organization expands into new markets.
f. Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs and issue resolution.
3. Administrative Support & Operational Execution
a. Provide high-quality administrative support to Platform Delivery leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
b. Anticipate leadership needs, proactively manage priorities, and ensure alignment across competing demands.
c. Prepare presentations, summaries, and supporting materials for leadership meetings, including internal reviews and executive-level discussions.
d. Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams and initiatives.
e. Support execution of critical documents and coordination across markets.
f. Plan and coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and events aligned with business priorities.
4. Onboarding & Team Experience
a. Support onboarding for new Platform Delivery employees, ensuring a seamless transition from People & Culture into the business.
b. Track onboarding progress, training completion, and early employee experience.
c. Partner with leadership to continuously improve onboarding processes as the organization scales.
5. Special Projects & Evolving Business Needs
a. Support and lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.
b. Take on additional responsibilities and operational scope in support of Platform Delivery priorities.
c. Assist in building, refining, and scaling processes, tools, and reporting structures.
d. Contribute wherever needed to ensure team and organizational success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, administrative support, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to own and run processes independently.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on role that includes both administrative execution and operational ownership.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience in business operations, program coordination, or internal operations within a growing organization.
• Exposure to construction, design, engineering, or data center environments, or ability to quickly learn industry terminology and workflows.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting, dashboards, or Board-level materials.
