Team Introduction The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. About the Teams: Possible teams within TikTok LIVE Operations include: - LIVE Operations: Collaborates with creators and partners to build an environment where creators can succeed and grow. - LIVE Agency Management: Manages and develops agency partners to help identify and grow top creator talent through scalable programs. About the Internship: TikTok's internship program offers students real-world exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. You'll participate in impactful projects, development workshops, and social events, all while building core professional skills. This is your opportunity to contribute meaningfully and explore a potential career path with us. Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new potential agency partners. - Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel. - Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads. - Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy-including recruitment, retention, and creator enablement. - Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact to support and iterate on key business initiatives. - Support internal teams and agency partners with the execution of in-app and out-of-app campaigns involving agency creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing MBA - Able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. - Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy (e.g., content creation, advertising, e-commerce, brand sponsorships, music, gaming, or live streaming). - Strong analytical and communication skills across diverse stakeholders. - Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms and creator ecosystems. - Team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly accountable. Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, and digital culture. - Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset. - Familiarity with live streaming platforms and trends. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
